Information we collect
When you submit the fit call form, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, business name, phone number, email address, service type or industry, and the message you provide about your current marketing.
We may also receive information when you contact us directly by email or through our social media pages. Our website hosting and security providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and request details.
Why we collect it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, understand whether our services may suit your business, arrange a time to talk, provide requested information, keep appropriate business records, and maintain the security and operation of this website.
We will not sell or rent the personal information you submit through the form, and we will not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.
How form submissions are handled
Our website uses FormSubmit to deliver fit call requests to our email inbox. The details you enter are sent through FormSubmit and then emailed to Bennix3 Media. FormSubmit states that submissions may be retained in its archive for 30 days.
We may also use website hosting, email and other service providers to operate our business. We only disclose information where reasonably needed to provide those services, respond to you, meet legal obligations, or protect our rights and systems.
Overseas processing
Some of the service providers used to host the website, deliver forms or provide email may process information outside Australia. The countries involved can change as providers update their infrastructure. You can contact us if you would like current information about the providers used for your enquiry.
Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage our business relationship, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Access, correction and complaints
